Into the darkness-or not.

'What the hell, I thought it was supposed to be like,
pitch black in here!' Michelle said with wide eyes.

They could see Mabel up ahead, twirling and running around in circles,
going 'Oooh, preeeeettttyyyyyy...' while marveling at a glittery rainbow,
which was appearing to float in mid-air.

The two stared at the crazy lil girl prancing around the rainbow.
'Wonder what we should do now..' Denzie said, kicking a pebble.

Suddenly, a blinding light flashed upon them again.
'OW STUPID BRIGHT LIGHT, BURN MY EYES!' Mabel screamed and cursed at the vortex.
'Not again..' Michelle said.
'Whaaaat?' Denzie asked, confused.
'Stupid light,' Mabel mumbled.
'Would someone just tell me what's going on?!' Denzie shouted, jumping up and down in a fit of anger.
'Michelle, hurry!' Mabel said, dragging the both of them into the light.

One second later..

'AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH'
'STOP PULLING MY HAIR!'
'DAMMIT!'
'EEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH OHMYGOSH!!!'
'AHHHHHHHHHHHH FALLIIIINGGGGG FALLIIINNNG!!!!'

*BAM*

'Ow stupid floor. Always so hard one,' Mabel said rubbing her arm.
Michelle, who fell on Denzie, blushed and immediately stood up.
'I.. Uhh.. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!'
Both of them shouted at once, glaring and pointing to each other.

'Aiyo you two ah..' Mabel said, with a bored look on her face.
'I see something..' Denzie said, squinting his eyes, looking far far away..
'What's what?' Both Michelle and Mabel asked at the same time.
'That..' Denzie said, pointing to a mass of brown fur.
'OH MY GOSH IT'S A HAIRY UGLY MONKEY SCRATCHING IT'S BUTT!'
Mabel screamed.
'No, it's digging it's nose.'
'Where got, it's obviously trying to do the cha-cha with that other ugly monkey.'

At once, the ape itself stood up and glared at them.
'Who on earth dares to call their ancestors UGLY AND HAIRY?!'
A loud booming voice said.
'Oh my gosh, it TALKS!'
The three children shouted at once.

'Rude, good for nothing immature brats!' The ape shouted again.
'IT'S COMING!' The children screamed,
running as far as their legs could carry them.

'Next time if I see a monkey, remind me not to call it ugly,' Mabel said.
'Do you think we're safe now?' Michelle asked under her breath.
'Maybe..' Denzie said, looking around.
At that instance, another voice joined in.
'You shouldn't have insulted the great monkey king,'
This time a rabbit appeared in front of them.

'OHHHH YOU SO CUTE AND FLUFFYYYYY!!!'
Mabel squealed.
'Oh my gosh, what's up with the talking animals?' Denzie asked.
'I WANNA GO HOME!' Michelle chimed in.

By that time, the little bobbed-tail bunny had already hopped away.
There was a heavy breathing sound coming from the back of the children's necks.
'Don't do that,' Michelle said, nudging Mabel.
'I didn't..' Mabel said in a hushed silence.
'It wasn't me, either,' Denzie said.
All of them turned around slowly and screamed.

The three adventurers.

'How cool can this be?' Mabel said happily, being really hyper.
'Yeah, other than the fact that we're stuck in this weirdo place with NO WAY OUT, nothing seems to amaze me!' Michelle said glumly.

Mabel turns around to look at her brother,
with him looking back.
'Oh well, at least we ain't alone,' Mabel said, shrugging her shoulders.

*MUCH MUNCH MUNCH*

Mabel and her brother,
Denzie, stared in surprise at the crazy girl munching hungrily at a banana.
'Dude, is that even edible?' Mabel asked, shocked.
'This tastes really good,' Michelle said, still munching.
'Of all the weird things that has happened here, don't you think there would be something wrong with the fruit?' Mabel asked, horrified.

Denzie slaps his forehead.
'But it really tastes good,' Michelle said, pouting.
'Dang, it smells damn nice too,' Mabel said, catching a whiff of the fruit.
Her brother stopped the little girl who was about to pluck a whole bunch of bananas for souvenirs.
'Have you gone bananas?!' He said, staring at the whole lot of bananas she'd plucked.

'But you know how much I love bananas...' Michelle said on the verge of tears.
'Gah..' Mabel said, kicking a rock.
'OW STUPID ROCK!' She then screamed, backing away.
The other two rolled their eyes.
Mabel would always be Mabel.

'Anyway, should we find a way out of this creepy place?'
Denzie asked, swatting an irratating fly.
'I guess,' Mabel said, pulling Michelle back, who was eagerly wolfing down banana after banana.

'Later you get stomach ache then you know,' Both siblings said at once.
Michelle rolled her eyes and followed behind them.

'Whoaw... A trapdoor.. Wonder where it leads to..' Mabel said, climbing inside.
'DON'T GO IN YOU-'

*Denzie screams*

*Mabel slips and falls*

*Mabel screams hysterically*

'Let's go and get that silly girl,' Denzie said to Michelle.
Slowly, they climbed down the creepy old ladder and into the darkness they went.

What kind of place is this?

After crouching down like morons,
the two girls opened their eyes cautiously.
They were surrounded by..

Dancing pigs..
'Ow! My eyes!' Mabel said, shielding her eyes away from the
unsightly dancing pigs. Michelle just stared blankly.
'I can't seem to tell if they're awesome or scary,' Michelle said.
Another bright light shone upon the two girls.
'Maybe if I touch it again, it'll lead us back,'
Michelle said.
Mabel, not wanting to stay in such a crazy ass place anymore,
agreed hastily.

And the scene rewinds itself.
*instant replay*
'Michelle, that hurts!' Mabel complained,
tugging her shirt from Michelle.
'Sorry..' Michelle mumbled, scratching her head.
'What the hell, what the heck are we doing underwater?!'
Mabel exclaimed, intently watching multi-coloured fishes swimming past.
'I thought you can't swim?!' Michelle said, staring at Mabel.
The brown-haired girl widened her eyes,
staring in horror, knowing it's true.

She panicked;
She screamed, she kicked, she struggled.
'Okay, aren't we supposed to be gasping for air now?'
Mabel asked. The black-haired girl shrugged her shoulders commically.

'It's the vortex, hurry touch it, Michelle!' Mabel said, pulling Michelle along,
as she couldn't tolerate this crazy-ness anymore.
They ended up in a creepy jungle that smelt like sweaty monkeys.
'Damn, this isn't gonna help in any way.' Michelle said,
punching a tree.
Mabel felt like killing the damned light.

In a split second,
a hole appeared in front of the worn-out girls.
'What now?' Mabel said, yawning.
A deep voice was screaming out, and it was getting nearer.
'Maaaan, that sounds like your brother,' Michelle said.
'Hell yeah. How creepy can that be?' Mabel asked, looking around.

*thud*
*groans*

'Are you thinking of what I'm thinking?' Mabel asked Michelle.
Michelle nodded, and they ran off to the direction where they heard the scream.
In a mess of leaves and twigs,
a messy blonde-haired boy with brown eyes and honey-glazed skin lay crouched.
'Damn!' He said.

*rustle*

The little boy turned back to meet the stares of the two girls,
and he stared back in horror.
'What the..' All of them said at once.
'You..' They stared, pointing at each other.

The beginning.

The vortex opened,
letting the screams of two little girls
echo around the whole place.

*thud*

'Ow Michelle, you fell on me!'
One brown-haired girl said.
'I didn't!' The latter denied.
Mabel, aged 13 this year.
She has long brown hair,
she's a lil crazy at times,
and she has hazel brown eyes.

Michelle, on the other hand,
has long black hair, which falls all the way down to her waist.
She has clear blue eyes,
and pouty lips at times like these.

'Anyhow, where the heck are we at?' Mabel asked.
'How am I supposed to know, we were eating sushi,
then suddenly don't know what bright light come then we started falling down,'
Michelle said.

'Blah blah blah, who ask you to touch it,' Mabel said, pouting away.
'Alamak, then now how?' Michelle said grimly.
The two girls looked around,
and the only thing that greeted them was grass, grass, and more grass.

'Why so much grass one?' Michelle asked, kicking a nearby shrub.
'You ask the grass la,' Mabel said, examining a tree.
She knocked it, it sounded hollow.
'What the heck are you doing?'
Michelle asked.
'Cooooool...' Mabel mumbled,
obviously marveled by the cool hollow sound the tree produced.

Something flew out of the tree.
'Oh my gosh! What the hell is that?!' Mabel screamed,
prancing about.
'Stop jumping around, it's staring at you.' Michelle said.
The 'thing' itself started circling around the two dumb-founded girls.
'It's closing down on us,' Mabel said under her breath.
'Oh my gosh, make it stop!' They screamed, shutting their eyes.
